What your donation provides:

$1,000 = typical family grant for a multi-week hospital stay for a child's heart surgery

$500 = one full day of on-campus heart screenings at a high school

$250 = typical family grant for an outpatient catheterization (cath) procedure

$100 = one month's out-of-pocket medication expenses for a child with CHD

$50 = one heart screen for a local high school athlete
