What your donation provides:

$1,000 = one travel grant for a local family during a child's heart surgery

$500 = heart screens for a local high school athletic team (up to 20 players)

$200 = a 1-night stay for parents & siblings to stay in a hotel during a child's heart surgery

$100 = a month's worth of medication for a child with a congenital heart defect

$50 = a sonographer to facilitate athletes' echocardiograms for 1 hour

$30 = a 1-night stay for parents & siblings in family housing during a child's heart surgery

$25 = a heart screen for a local high school athlete
