2009 LPCF Mixed Doubles Tennis Classic
We are proud to announce the Third Annual LPCF Mixed Doubles Tennis Classic, which will be hosted at the Country Club of Louisiana, from March 26 through March 29, 2009.
A kickoff party with Calcutta will take place on Thursday evening from 6:30 - 10:00 at the clubhouse. There will be food, drinks, and live music for entertainment. All sponsors, tennis participants and their guests are invited! Tennis matches will begin on Friday evening at 5:30 and continue on Saturday and Sunday. Food, beer, and soft drinks will be provided throughout the tournament! Your entry fee into the tennis tournament also includes entrance to the Gala, with live music, cash bar, and silent auction to be held at the Country Club of Louisiana Clubhouse on Saturday evening from 7:00 - 11:00.
The levels of the tournament are 5.5 mixed, 6.0 mixed, 6.5 mixed, 7.0 mixed, 8.0 mixed, and 9.0 mixed with a two match guarantee. If you are interested in playing in the tournament, please download the Tennis Participant Registration Form here. Entries are limited to 32 teams per level.
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for this year's event, or would like to donate an item for the silent auction, please download the Sponsorship Proposal here. Silent auction items will be accepted until March 6.
