2007 LPCF Reunion Picnic

The LPCF's first Family Picnic was held on October 27, 2007 at Jefferson Hwy. Park and was a great success.  Children with heart disease or defects had the opportunity to meet other children who share a common illness. Support groups were also formed so that families with similar situations can share experiences and even help newly diagnosed families.  Food was provided by Chick-fil-A, and children enjoyed inflatables, games, crafts, and even clowns.  We are already looking forward to next year's picnic!
